People living with dementia face a variety of cognitive, behavioral, and functional challenges through varying stages of disease severity. Understanding the challenges these patients and their caregivers face through patient-centric outcome measures has allowed for more clinically meaningful measures of treatment benefit. Using data collected from patient and caregiver use of the GoalNav® platform, this study explores and compares the frequency and importance of dementia and MCI symptoms and how these symptoms may vary across disease stages. The results of this study emphasize the importance of patient-centricity in MCI and dementia studies.
